Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exemptions and Non-returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Personalized or custom-made mobility gear.
- Items with obvious signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by our error.
- Downloadable software or digital guides (if applicable).
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.
